I'm back! With a brand new computer and a 24 inch monitor, I am up and running again! Some things will still be slow in getting to as I am gone a bunch, but I wanted to post something!

And what else to a perfect segway back into the photography that I love by posting photos from part 2 of my shoot with Shannel back in June! Still so amazing that she did this with a handheld mirror on a beach at a ridiculous hour of the morning! Enjoy! Watch for more posts soon!

June Sunshine at 8 weeks

My good friend, Maren, had her little baby about 8 weeks ago. These were taken when she was exactly 8 weeks old last Wednesday, the 13th! I love these beautiful photos! It was also my first time doing a shoot and editing in entirely in RAW format. Newest love to stay shooting in that format!

Maren also happens to be the one who has designed my logo, which now makes its appearance as a watermark, and not just on my business cards. She is a fantastic designer. And I would highly recommend her for any of your graphic design needs. You can check out her blog here. She also has a facebook page you should check out.

sneak peak to Shannel's photo shoot

Every time I do a photo shoot... I remember how much I love it. This. THIS is what I love. Be prepared to see many more photos this summer! Also, as it is late... you all only get this one photo sneak peek. ;) I need to run some miles with a friend in the morning! For now... you get to see this one. :)

From the other day... inspired by... oddly enough... an instagram photo I took. Here's one of my first attempts at getting some photos with plants as the foreground. Going to play with a few different exposures and continue this early morning experimentation on occasion.
